The 80′ Series
80′ wide · 37′ to the peak · 16,000 sq ft clear span
$139,888 published, like every other price on this page
This is the largest building we make, and it sets the standard the rest of the range is held to — the same Double-Trussed galvanized frame, the same 12-year fabric warranty, a 900g cover. Everything further down this page is the same building. There is just less of it.
24 Sizes. One Standard.
Every building ships with the Double-Trussed Standard galvanized steel frame, 750g PVC covers (up to 40% thicker than competitors), all hardware, anchoring, and assembly instructions. No upgrade fees. One ladder, smallest to largest — 20′ through to the 80′-wide Industrial series with 900g covers and 37′ peaks.
Your crew keeps earning. Ours puts up the building. Installed pricing covers full assembly on an install-ready site. Site equipment, crew travel & lodging are extra only when we supply them, at our published rates — the same for every customer, and firm. Many customers provide their own and pay none of it. Not All Fabric Buildings Are Equal
When comparing quotes, always check three things. The cheapest quote isn't always the best value.
Fabric Weight
Most competitors' advertised prices use 450–610g PVC covers. Every MAX building ships with 750g PVC standard — up to 40% heavier, for stronger UV resistance, tear strength, and a longer service life.
Frame Design
Single-truss frames cost less to build but flex under load. MAX uses double-truss frames exclusively — two parallel trusses bolted together for rigidity in high wind and heavy snow.
True Price
Some sellers list a low base price, then charge thousands to upgrade the cover. MAX lists one price — heaviest PVC, double-truss frame, all hardware, and anchoring included. No hidden upgrade fees.
Why pay more for the same square footage?
A 50′×100′ MAX building covers the same 5,000 sq ft as an equivalent post-frame at roughly one-fifth the kit cost. The trade-offs are honest. Both lines below are real.
- 5,000 sq ft of covered storage
- Galvanized steel frame + 750g PVC
- DIY friendly — no contractor needed
- Free delivery within 888 km of Edmonton & Toronto
- Relocatable if you move operations
- Same 5,000 sq ft — 5× the price
- Requires licensed contractor
- 3–6 month build time
- Permanent — cannot be moved
- Higher property taxes

Designed for Canadian Conditions
Steep peak geometry sheds snow aggressively before it can stack. Hot-dipped galvanized steel holds shape under −40 winters and 120 km/h prairie gusts. 750g PVC stays flexible when lighter covers crack. Built for the conditions that break other buildings.
750g PVC Covers
Heavier than the industry-standard 610g. UV-treated for 10–11 years of sun, wind, and snow resistance.
Double-Trussed Standard
Hot-dipped galvanized steel, double-trussed on every frame — not as upgrade. Rated for winds up to 120 km/h and snow loads up to 80 kg/m².
Weekend Install
DIY-friendly. 2–4 people, one weekend. All hardware, stakes, and detailed instructions included.
Relocatable
Operations change. Your building moves with you. Disassemble, relocate, and reinstall wherever you need it.
Replaceable Covers
One frame. Decades of use. Simply replace the cover every 10–11 years. A true 50-year solution.
Financing Available
Flexible monthly or seasonal payments from ~$69/mo, arranged through First Capital Leasing.
The standard, charted.
Verifiable specs — not marketing claims. Compare MAX standards against the rest of the category.
Cover weight: MAX vs the category
Fabric weight in g/m². Heavier = stronger UV resistance, longer service life, higher tear strength. MAX standard is up to 67% heavier than category baseline.
Price per sq ft, by size
Building-only published price ÷ covered area. Larger buildings drop dramatically in cost-per-sq-ft. The 70×200 lands at the lowest building-only cost-per-sq-ft in the catalog.
MAX rating vs Canadian load demands
MAX frames ship rated to 120 km/h wind & 80 kg/m² snow as standard — covering the full envelope of Canadian regional design loads except mountain peaks & ocean storms.
Rated 4.9 out of 5 by the people who bought one.
